ONENOOK INDIA delivers electric scooters across India. Delivery is arranged after order confirmation and payment. This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery process, timelines, charges and customer responsibilities to ensure a smooth experience.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to locations across India. Delivery availability and timelines may vary depending on your city, district or pin code. Please contact us to confirm whether delivery is available to your specific location before placing an order.

• Delivery is available across major cities and towns in India
• Remote or rural locations may have extended delivery timelines or additional charges
• Serviceability to your pin code will be confirmed at the time of booking

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after order confirmation and payment:

• Metro cities: Typically 7–15 business days (subject to stock availability)
• Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: Typically 10–20 business days
• Remote locations: May take 20–30 business days or longer

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to logistics availability, stock position, regional holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate expected delivery dates to you upon order confirmation.

ONENOOK INDIA is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or external factors outside our control once the vehicle has been dispatched.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the delivery location and the specific model ordered. Applicable delivery charges will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the delivery was not made due to an error on our part.

• Delivery charges are calculated based on origin and destination distance
• Charges will be disclosed before the order is finalised
• Promotional free delivery (if offered) will be clearly communicated at the time of offer

Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received:

• Our team will coordinate with logistics partners to arrange dispatch
• You will be contacted on your registered phone number to schedule or confirm the delivery
• Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address to receive the vehicle
• At the time of delivery, you will be required to sign a delivery receipt acknowledging receipt of the vehicle
• Please inspect the vehicle at the time of delivery and report any visible damage to the delivery agent immediately

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, customers are responsible for the following:

• Providing a complete and accurate delivery address including pin code, landmark and contact number
• Being available (or having an authorised representative available) at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery window
• Keeping the registered mobile number active and reachable for coordination by our delivery team
• Inspecting the vehicle at delivery and reporting any issues before signing the delivery receipt

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, non-availability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, re-delivery charges may apply. ONENOOK INDIA reserves the right to cancel an order if multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful.

Documentation at Delivery

At the time of delivery, the following documents will typically be provided:

• Invoice / Purchase Receipt
• Warranty Card (as applicable based on battery type)
• Delivery Acknowledgement Form
• Any regulatory or registration-related documents as applicable
